We had a horrible experience with Ron Rust handling our mother's funeral. He was not prepared at all. He was not at the funeral due do other obligations which is no excuse for the way our mother was treated. The casket he put her in had a crack down the side which was not noticed until it was too late, then because it was cold outside somebody decided not to do a graveside service and his "crew" wanted to put her on the back of a pick-up truck and drive her to the grave. When we heard about that, we would have nothing to do with it so they did do the right thing and let the pallbearers carry her. I called to talk to him about the situation and he told me "to go to hell". If that's the kind of man you want to take care of your loved ones, good luck!
